The last status of it was that I created a copy of the mail file and archive and replace their design with the standard 853 template. The result was less occurrence of the error message experienced.
At IBM Support responsible suggestion during the PMR I also applied these maintenance steps after creating the copy:
They didn't help immediately but after waiting 3-5 days including a week-end the error message didn't come anymore. Even in cases I taken some modifications to ACL or design in order to provoke them.
So it was finally solved. Though I had preferred a measure able to help and have an effect soon after applying it.
